Flux Synthesis Calculations for Fast Reactors

A number of calculations have been performed to investigate the use of spatial flux synthesis methods in fast reactor analysis. Guidelines are discussed for choosing appropriate expansion functions. The use of a continuous multichannel synthesis formulation is illustrated by a sodium voiding calculation.
