Received April 28, 1977 Accepted for Publication September 7, 1977 Submicrogram amounts of ²³⁷Np in process solutions of the Karlsruhe MILLI plant were determined by neutron activation analysis after chemical separation from nuclear fuel elements and fission products by extraction with thenoyltrifluoroacetone. Chemical yield controls were established by adding and measuring of ²³⁹Np spike activity.
