The Neutron Elastic Scattering Cross Section of U²³³ below 20 ev

The neutron scattering cross section of U²³³ has been measured relative to that of copper below 20 ev on the Materials Testing Reactor fast chopper. The observed scattering cross section is adequately described by previously obtained multilevel parameters, which give a value for the potential scattering of 12.6 b. The data are not of high enough quality to permit the assigning of spins to the resonances.
