Measurements of thermal utilization, resonance escape probability, and fast effect have been made in 1.3% enriched uranium metal and uranium oxide fueled lattices. Parameter measurements were made in oxide lattices of fuel densities 7.53 g/cc and 10.53 g/cc. Experimental results were obtained in lattices having 0.600-inch and 0.387-inch diameter rods at several water-to-uranium ratios. Values of the parameters have also been determined for two 1.15% enriched metal fueled lattices.
