Generalized least-squares methods are applied to decay heat experiments and summation calculations to arrive at evaluated values and uncertainties for the fission product decay heat from the thermal fission of 235U. Emphasis is placed on a proper treatment of both statistical and correlated uncertainties in the least-squares method.
