Spectra of backscattered radiation from finite thick slabs of iron were measured by means of a scintillation spectometer. A point Co60 gamma source was placed in close contact with a scattering slab. Variation of number and energy albedo values with increasing the slab thickness are given as experimental formulas and graphical representations.
