Li(t, n) Be Thick Target Yields

Absolute thick target yields, in terms of neutrons per steradian per triton, of the Li⁶(t, n)Be⁸ and Li⁷(t, n) Be⁹ reactions are presented. An angular distribution for 2.60-Mev tritons and an excitation function at 0° for tritons in the range 0.80 to 2.60 Mev are given. The Li⁷ yields are generally about three times larger than the Li⁶ yields. Some details about the neutron spectra are presented
