An analysis of the U²³⁵ resonance region by the use of Breit-Wigner formulas was carried out. The comparison of these results with experiment, where possible, shows quite good agreement and makes it appear reasonable that this kind of analysis will yield usable values of σ_a, σ_f, σ_s in the resonance region.
