The relationships among the radial distributions of neutral beam momentum and particle sources, the radial distribution of ion orbit losses, and the resulting radial distributions of toroidal and poloidal rotation velocities and radial pressure gradients and the radial distribution of the ion and electron temperatures are derived from the requirements of particle, momentum, and energy conservation.
