The analysis of possibilities to obtain high efficiency energy production in D-3He fusion plasma is carried out. Ranges of parameters (temperature, beta, magnetic field, helium-3 value) are studied from viewpoint of the efficiency of D-3He, and related fusion fuel cycles. Production of 3He in the branch of D-D reaction for D-3He cycle is considered, and corresponding catalyzed D-D cycles are studied. Estimations of required parameters of cylindrical magnetic reactor based on field reversed configuration (FRC) are presented for D-3He and catalyzed D-D cycles, and compared with the requirements for D-T fuel.
