The model of anomalous transport in cylindrical plasma configurations is suggested. The model is based on the study of the particle dynamics under the action of drift waves, and anomalous transport is considered as a result of stochastization of particle motion under influence of many mode perturbation. Plasma conditions correspond to experiments on of GAMMA-10 tandem mirror. The effect of anomalous transport suppression due to radial electric field, and physical picture of H mode are considered. Obtained results are compared with experimental data obtained on GAMMA-10 tandem mirror and field reversed configurations (FRCs).
