According to the ITER R&D program, a full-scale vehicle manipulator for handling a 4-ton blanket module was fabricated and tested. The measured manipulator performance satisfy the blanket handling capability. In addition, a full-scale double-seal door was fabricated and assembled to the transfer cask to verify the docking and open/close operations for divertor maintenance. This paper presents design outline and performance test results of these fabricated full-scale remote handling equipment.
