The plasma transport matrix is formulated using the kinetic equation for the particles in the stochastic magnetic field. The radial electric field generation is analyzed using this transport matrix. This thermoelectric field is dictated by the difference between the electron heat flux and the ion heat flux. We calculate the spatial structures of the radial electric field and the temperature in the stochastic field region.
