PPPL is presently preparing TFTR for D-T operation beginning the summer of 1993. Included in this preparation is the design and installation of a Tritium Gas Delivery and Injection System which will supply tritium to the TFTR vacuum vessel. The Gas Delivery System will be required to deliver the tritium gas from the Tritium Vault which is located in the TFTR basement to various components located on the TFTR device located in the Test Cell. These components include three Tritium Gas Injection Assemblies (TGIA); twelve Tritium Neutral Beam Injectors (TNB); and the Tritium Pellet Injector (TPI). The Tritium Gas Delivery System which will be described in this paper will include a double walled supply manifold plus the TGIA's.
