The possibility of catalyzed nuclear fusion occurring in bound systems where the nonnuclear constituent is some heavy lepton other than muon, for example, τ, is investigated. Improved techniques for calculating fusion rates without adiabatic approximation in leptomolecules are also discussed. Furthermore, the possibility of fusion occurring in exotic systems comprised of nuclei and monopoles is explored.
