The experience with tritium contaminations are described for structural components of the permeation facility TRIPERM. It is demonstrated that contaminations of the secondary containment and the laboratory room are negligible after five years actual working time. Also it is shown that components such as the tritium pressure gas bottle, the permeation unit and the tritium monitoring systems can be decontaminated without any problems and that they are fully operational after this procedure.
