A computer simulation on electrostatic double layers is described, which provides a preliminary design and engineering study of the hydrogenic gas vessel and associated equipment for obtaining and demonstrating a stable ultra-high-temperature plasma fireball (∼6.0-mm diam) confined at a pressure of 3.1 × 107 n/m2 by room-temperature gas.
